Serving Humanity is a social services division of Al Huda Institute that allows the institute as a whole to give back to the community. The logo is built off the fact that this division is the chain that links Al Huda to the rest of humanity, helping them to serve better.
Along with being a chain, the initials S and H are both encapsulated in the logo, with the S covering the H. I like to think of it being Humanity being covered with Servitude.
Initially it started as an enclosed chain, however, it didn’t seem inclusive of the surrounding space. It was too enclosed, implying that the company only serves a small community. So, it became more of a teardrop shape, to reflect the accommodation for everyone and anyone.
The R in the logotype really sets the logo apart, as it gives a more human touch to the standard, rounded sans serif.
